Marianna Moni

After 3 years of high education and numerous experiences as interpreter, she specialized in Brand Management at Politecnico (Milan), combining technical skills in languages with a new strategic approach.

Her work experiences, in Italy and abroad, combined with a strong critical spirit, shaped a complete professional with skills in different sectors, such as e-commerce, marketing and publishing. In 2019 she obtained the certification as LEGO Serious Play facilitator, a methodology that allows to break down communication barriers to improve cooperation on common goals. Ennio Donatone

Graduated in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets at the University of Turin, he developed hard skills in Corporate Finance. In 2017 he joined the Cofiter team, a financial intermediary based in Bologna, in the Consulting department.

He worked on Business Plans and Financial Reports for companies in different sectors with a specific focus on strategic planning and optimization of financial sources.

His analytical and strategic approach contributed to developing industrial plans designed for sustainability and creation of new value, in line with the expectations of the company management.
